Every piece is made to order, so personalised items need to be ordered a set number of days before your event — typically 5–14 days depending on the piece. The exact lead time is shown on each product, and our date picker won’t let you book too late.

Check it before we cut it
For pieces that need a proof, you’ll approve the design from My Account. Track each piece as it moves through:
